Giuseppe Tartini short biography

A great Italian violinist and composer, Giuseppe Tartini made an important personal contribution to the virtuoso violin playing technique. Tartini enormously enriched solo and concerto violin repertoire.  Tartini was the creator in the development of acoustic theory. Tartini was highly acclaimed all over Europe, but he mainly lived and worked in Padua, enjoying international respect as a violinist, composer and teacher.
